Good Morning June!!

June 1, 2016

Good morning to you on this beautiful sunshiny day.  It's already 69F degrees, on it's way to a high of around 72 degrees.  Have you noticed that a new month has begun?  Yup, it's already June.  Can you believe it?  We are almost at the halfway mark of this year!   Here's the June page from my calendar.

Yesterday, I got busy paying bills and making sure I hadn't missed any, and by the time I got done it was already too warm to be outside running around.  The air was rather heavy, making it difficult to breathe so I stayed indoors.

Today is much cooler, and I really do have to get to Town Hall and pay the taxes that are due today.  Once I get in my car, I'll decide what else Pogo and I can do today.  As long as we are back in time to cook supper, we are good to go.

Next month, I'll be making a new blog book.  That means that all QP links for May and June will expire.  Unless the new book only covers four months, then the June links will remain working.

Today I have a new QP for you.  One of the new kits that I had purchased recently was "Ruby Sea" by Tiny Turtle Designs.  It's a fun kit, and I used it to make this new page.

Here's your download link:

I also have a wonderful digital art page that my friend Mary Ann made using a recent photo of my handsome little guy Pogo.  I love it Mary Ann.  Thank you ever so much.

I'm watching the news on TV, and they are showing a video of a moose on the loose that is running through a neighborhood.  I hope they don't spook the moose so that it gets hurt.  People forget that there's probably a whole development of houses built on this poor moose's home.

Well, that's it for this morning's news.  Time is flying by and I need to get dressed and get a few errands done now.  So, till tomorrow, Y'all have a fantabulous day.

Hugs, Edna B.

Oh Edna, what a fantastic page that your friend did for Pogo. It is a Stunner! He is so handsome and makes such a great model the way that he poses! I will have to go over to Tiny Turtle and have a look around. I have been going to Dreaming With Bella as she has had an awesome sale going on since she opened her own store. Last week everything was like 50 cents and her bundles were 2.00 but I am not impressed with the bundles as the kit is not included. So what is the point of calling it a bundle? I almost bought one and then realized that it would be 50 cents cheaper to buy individually.

Can't get warm. It is already in the 90's but I have been chilled to the bone. I got really cold last night around midnight. After my daughter and grandkids visited last week, that night my daughter became very sick. I am really hoping that I don't catch it but since I am having chills, I bet that I do. Just what I don't need or want.

Cisco and I just shared a hamburger and French Fries. I think that now I am going to lay down and see if I can get warm. Cisco is ready for a nap as well. He has been on the bed giving me the look that says he is ready to snuggle. Take care and have a great day... xoxoxo Beth and Cisco.

I love Mary Anne's rendition of Pogo. She does some beautiful work. We are all moved and set up in our MN home for the summer. Thankfully the internet here is better than what we've had, so now I can resume blogging and following people again.

Pogo's layout is great, he is such a good model!
Pity is was too warm to go outside during the day. At the moment we have kind of strange weather.
Yesterday wasn't too bad, but only sunshine on and off, in other parts of the country it spooked again. lots and lots of rain causing flooding.
Today seems to have rather a lot of wind, at the moment it is looking grey, so not great fun.
Perhaps it will get better later today.
Have a lovely day and have fun with Pogo at your side.

What a gorgeous page for Pogo, great job, but then he is just too adorable for words! Been so miserably wet, wet, wet here....the whole state is under flash flood stage until sometime tomorrow...9 lives lost due to flooding (no one knows about how much property loss), Gov has 31 counties so far listed as disaster areas. We are supposed to start seeing some clearing out by Saturday late and next 7 days of no rain and increased sunshine and temperatures. We need to see some sun as everyone is staying so depressed...not me, but I am listening to a lot of whining! LMBO! Anyhow, thanks for the QP and the lovely news and fab photos of your flowers...I think they are all starving for sun here as my Hibiscus have stopped blooming! Have a great weekend, off to visit some more before the storms start again! Hugs, Mat
