New Collab Kit, "April Showers"

April 9, 2012

Good morning everyone.  At the moment it's breezy and about 48 degrees F.  The sun keeps popping in and out, and temps should be about 60 today.  It looks as if we will be having showers today straight through Thursday.  Now isn't that special!  The sun will come out for Friday, but I will be at work.

I have an appointment this morning, so I won't be so chatty.  I still have to shower and change my clothes.  It was a pretty good night at work.  The Mrs spent the day with her family, so she was in a pretty good mood.

Su and I are posting the first two parts of our new collab kit "April Showers" today.  You can thank Su for this fun theme and the beautiful color pallette.  Here's a preview of my parts, and a download link.

Here is your download link:

When you're finished downloading, stop by Su's blog and pick up her parts.  If it isn't up yet, be patient and check back in later.  Don't forget to stop and leave thanks.  Here is a preview of Su's first two parts.

I have a couple of photos to share that I took a few nights ago.  One is a pretty shot of the moon shining through the trees in my backyard, and the other is a very bright star (or planet, I don't know).  I only share the star photo because I took it hand held, and it's not a squiggle.

I'm watching the weather channel on TV, and I find it very interesting to see how the female weather casters are dressed.  Most of the time, they are stuffed into very tight clothing that shows every bump and wrinkle.  Lately though, they have been mostly dressing in clothing a little bit looser and they look so much better.  At least I think they look better.  Any thoughts on this?

I hope everyone had a great day yesterday.  Mine was very nice, and the highlight was seeing the smiles on the dwarfs faces when they saw their Easter baskets on the kitchen table.  This is why I do it folks.  Now it's time to give Tootsie her meds and play with her a bit before getting ready for my appointment.  Till tomorrow, Y'all have a wonderful day.

Hugs, Edna B.

That first moon shot is amazing! I love that! You should add a silhouette of a bat for Halloween this year! LOL

You are so sweet! Have a sweeter day! LOL

Happy Easter, Edna…Well, happy day after Easter! :) David and I left around noon to go out to look for trains and enjoyed just a beautiful sunny afternoon about an hour away from home. I enjoy days like that where I can just get away and be outside!

Sorry Koolaid’s team didn’t win Saturday, but his first high school game still had to be great, opening days are always like that! :)

The new kit looks like it will be fabulous! Thanks so much to you and Su!

It’s our Sunday today and I need to run to get lunch for us.

Have a wonderful Monday!

Hugs, Nani
